Cancellation Policy

If at any time for any reason you see fit to cancel your membership in the West Craven Eagle Club we will refund your donation from that year.  You may cancel by emailing West Craven Eagle Club at wceagleclub@gmail.com or mailing to 704 College St. Vanceboro, NC 28586.  The refund will be sent back to you via check to the address we have on file.  If the refund needs to be sent to a different address please inform at the time of cancellation by email at wceagleclub@gmail.com or mail to 704 College St. Vanceboro, NC 28586.
